"It is every traveller's dream to be coddled after many hours behind the wheel. That's exactly what happened at Sone Maiden Inn--we were coddled, and in all the right ways: The ambiance, the coriality, the colours, the light...all of it a "TEN"!!! The rooms so beautifully done, so spotlessly clean and welcoming, and the beds and linens so inviting, so so perfect. Ideally located (just blocks from downtown), but just far enough that the nights were as quiet and still as fresh fallen snow. Nd the beautiful breakfast...oh my...inventive and mouth-watering to say the least. Why would anywone want to stay anywhere else?
Quaint and Cosy
Just spent a wonderful night at the beautiful Stone Maiden Inn. The hosts Pat & Trish were very welcoming and felt right at home from the moment we stepped in the door. We were a small gruop of 8 and they were kind enough to put on a special lovely dinner for our group. The chef, Erin, did a fabulous job on dinner....Breakfast was amazing...definitely will be back for the Eggs Benedict. The room was charming and loved the special touch of the "towel swans" on the bed upon arrival. A lovely and quaint Inn with easy access to all the shopping that Stratford has to offer. Defineitly will return.

If you're ever looking for a weekend getaway, be sure to add spending quality time at a ver relaxing Boutique Hotel--Stone Maiden Inn. We treated ourselves to a weekend away and immediately upon arriving at the Stone Maiden Inn were warmly greeted by Pat, who familiarized us with a gew of the Manor highlights--lovely sitting room on the main floor with WiFi and computer connection and a wonderful flatscreen TV to be enjoyed by all. THe elegant yet cozy dining room where we were treated to the most scrumptious breakfasts--and let me tell you, they are to die for. Our room was nicinely appointed and comfortable and we had the luxury of a skylight to welcome the bright sunny mornings.
To have our dinner reservations pre-booked so that we were not disappinted was just another of the personal touches we experienced. It was just so nice to be able to walk and shop the main street and not worry about where to dine that evening. And Trish was just a delightful hostes--making sure that wer ere well taken care of and very knowledgeable about what was happening in Stratfprd amd some of the attractions tjat we should not miss.
Yes we truly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend adding this to your bucket list of places to see and stay.
Pat and Trish thank you again for making us feel so welcome.
This was the best staying at the Stone Maiden Inn.
The room was perfect and everyone was great at the Stone Maiden Inn. We only had to walk everywhere. I would give 10 on 10.
I would recommend this Inn to everyone I know.
Scones - The best scone I've ever eaten

I was delighted to try on of the house baked scones offered to me at the Stonemaiden. As a die hard foodie and proprietor of Flavors of Paris, a tasting tour of Paris, France, I am always interested in good baking.
Nothing prepared me for the subtle explosion of flavour that greeted my first bite. The pastry melted in my mouth and a wide grin spread across my face. I've never tasted better - and I've tasted a lot!
Thank you for one of my culinary highlights.

"The Stone Maiden Inn was our first B&B experience, and it was wonderful! Excellent location, great rates, a comfortable third-floor room (a really comfy bed!), a big bathroom, and a breakfast that tops any you'd get at a four-star hotel. Add this to two genial, attentive hosts, and the charm of a lovingly cared-for heritage home, and you've got a memorable weekend. Top marks!
“Lovely place with a personal feel, would be happy to return”

I stayed at the Stone Maiden Inn for one night in October with my girlfriend. This was my first stay at a B&B and it really has opened my eyes. I found our hosts to be very inviting and warm. The accommodations were clean and well maintained. But the real difference came with the little touches. The bottles of water in the room, the cakes/coffee always available. The breakfast was nice, and again served with a degree of class. The location was ideal, it was great to leave my car parked for the weekend while being a 5 minute walk from all the action. I would defiantly return to the Stone Maiden Inn and would recommend it to my friends.
